Clinically Led

Our governance team are experienced clinicians who use the latest evidence-based practice to drive our services.  We involve our clinical staff in all aspects of our services.

Dedicated Quality Leads

Our quality leads undertake clinical audits and feedback to customers and clinical staff.  They ensure our practice is kept up to date with the latest national guidelines, such as the National Institute for Clinical Evidence (NICE), the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) and the British Medical Ultrasound (BMUS).

Monthly Audits

Are performed on 5-10% of all cases as well as 100% of all cases with significant findings. Reports are produced and fed back to customers and clinical staff to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. 

Medical Advisory Group

Our MAG meets quarterly to ensure we do what we say we’ll do and ensure our services are quality and safety-driven at all times.

Recruitment and Compliance

Our recruitment processes are fair and transparent and adhere to a strict governance framework to ensure our staff are appropriately qualified and fully compliant with care regulations. Pre-employment checks are rigorous to confirm our staff have the appropriate qualifications, professional registration and references.

Continuous Professional Development

We regularly engage with our staff and actively encourage and support CPD activities to guarantee our clinicians are always up to date with current practice.
