Richard Parker

Richard has held several NHS executive positions nationally. Now, as well as being a Strategic Advisor to Xyla Elective Care, Richard also works with Primary Care Networks to support the design and implementation of new models of care.

Nicola Ellis-Webb

Nicola is the Clinical Operations Director at Xyla Elective Care. Nicola will help you engage all your internal stakeholders in order to develop integrated clinical capacity recovery plans. She has worked within insourcing for over 7 years in both senior operational and clinical roles. Nicola has personally managed over 50 clinical insourcing contracts across all major specialties. As part of the immediate response to COVID-19, Nicola has led the design of several innovative solutions to support both demand management as well as clinical capacity services with a digital first approach.

Ed Aronson

Ed is the NHS analytics and finance lead for Logan Tod & Co. He is an experienced modeller with a track record of delivering clinical, operational and financial analytics for most of the major trust mergers of recent years, including Manchester, Liverpool, Derby/Burton, Staffordshire and Essex. His focus is on delivering affordable and operationally relevant analytics that serve as tools to help optimise capacity.

Concepta Wayment

Concepta is the Vice President of Transformation for Healthcare Communications. Concepta leads programmes of transformation, wrapping around the implementation of digital solutions ensuring Trusts get the full benefits across patients, staff and efficiency. With a background in the NHS, Concepta brings relevant operational experience to her role, having worked with 13 NHS Trusts and delivered over 25 transformational programmes.
