Our safe, clinically-effective virtual outpatient services have been developed in collaboration with our technology partners and industry-leading healthcare partners. Our virtual services enable us to improve service efficiencies and reduce the time patients have to wait to access specialist care. Integrated Clinical Advice Network (ICAN)
This is our specialist Advice and Guidance service where local clinicians are unavailable, or there is no local coverage in a speciality, GPs can access the Integrated Clinical Advice Network. This service is the result of innovative collaboration with our partner Cinapsis. Together, we provide several new ‘care delivery’ models that focus on integrating primary and secondary care.
Our process
At your request, we will produce a clear, detailed proposal of the service, including a commercial schedule that reflects your local income arrangements.
Following approval of proposal and framework ‘call off’, our clinical operations team will initiate our project mobilisation plan to ensure a consistent approach to achieving key milestones.

We select two band 7 nurses, to act in the capacity of Service Delivery Lead on the frontline. Both nurses play an active role in the mobilisation and integration of the new service and ongoing monitoring of our performance. You will be notified of all staff attending the service at least 2 weeks in advance, and we guarantee at least 50% continuity of staff
