Our virtual services
Our safe, clinically-effective virtual outpatient services have been developed in collaboration with our technology partners and industry-leading healthcare partners. Our virtual services enable us to improve service efficiencies and reduce the time patients have to wait to access specialist care. Integrated Clinical Advice Network (ICAN)
This is our specialist Advice and Guidance service where local clinicians are unavailable, or there is no local coverage in a speciality, GPs can access the Integrated Clinical Advice Network. This service is the result of innovative collaboration with our partner Cinapsis. Together, we provide several new ‘care delivery’ models that focus on integrating primary and secondary care.
